Who we are
Skills Velocity (formerly CreateLMS) is the trading name of Create LMS (Learning Management System) Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in Scotland on 23 April 2021, company number SC696747, with its registered office at 1/1, 11 Hyndland Road, Glasgow, G12 9UZ. What we collect and why

Who we share it with
Our processors, under contract: Zoho Corporation (CRM and SalesIQ chat), Calendly (meeting booking) and Hostinger (website hosting). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become customers: up to 24 months after our last contact. Customer records: for the length of the contract plus 6 years. Chat transcripts: 12 months.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary storage to remember your cookie choice. With your consent we also use Google Analytics (anonymous traffic statistics, operated by Google) and Zoho SalesIQ (live chat and visitor identification). Neither loads until you accept cookies. If you decline but click “Chat with us”, we load the chat only to answer you, with visitor tracking switched off. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of the home page.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email hello@skillsvelocity.ai. If you’re unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
