Accessibility statement

Last updated: 7 November 2026.

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use skillsvelocity.ai. We design to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and work towards the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the UK Equality Act 2010.

What we have done

  • Every page uses headings, landmarks and a skip link so keyboard and screen-reader users can move quickly.
  • Images have text alternatives, and videos have captions or a transcript on request.
  • Text and controls are designed to meet AA colour contrast, and a visible focus outline shows where you are on the page.
  • Controls are large enough to tap, and the page works at 320 px wide and when text is enlarged.
  • Moving content, such as the hero slider, has a pause button and respects your device’s reduced-motion setting.
  • Form fields have visible labels and clear error messages.

Known limitations

  • Some product screenshots and diagrams are images of software. We describe them in nearby text, but the detail inside them may not be available to screen readers.
  • Third-party tools we load with your consent, such as chat and analytics, are outside our direct control.
  • Some older blog posts and PDFs may not meet every WCAG 2.2 criterion yet. We are reviewing them.

How we check

This is a self-assessment. We test with keyboard-only use, a screen reader, browser zoom and automated checks. We have not yet had an independent audit and do not claim full conformance.
